Please review these Terms and Conditions for restrictions and other important information. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these stated terms and conditions.

  
All published rates are weekly rates, based on a minimum stay of 7 nights
     
 
Pelican Reef Beach House sleeps 4 guests maximum
     
 
Electricity, gas, and water are included in the above rates – at normal use
     
 
No extra service charges are added
     
 
Final cleaning is compulsory after every stay – USD 80.00
     
 
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, the remaining 80% is to be paid, at the latest, six weeks before your arrival. Should the date of confirmation be less than six weeks prior to the arrival date, the total rental fee is to be paid upon confirmation.
     
 
Only written cancellation notifications (email only) are accepted.
     
 
Any cancellation more than six weeks prior to your arrival: you will lose the deposit. Cancellation between six and four weeks prior to your arrival: 50% refund on the total rental fee. Cancellations between four and one week prior to your arrival, 25% refund on the total rental fee. Any cancellations less than one week prior to your arrival, no refund.
     
 
The published rates are exclusive of Bonaire tourist tax at USD 5.50 per person, per day. Please note that rates may be subject to change without notice, except, of course, for confirmed bookings..
