Having direct access to Bari Reef from our condo at Sand Dollar in Bonaire provides unlimited photo opportunities to one of the best reefs in the Caribbean.

Alan , who is a freelance photojournalist for The New York Times, took all the photos on this page (except the one of himself). He recently traded in his Nikonos camera and switched to a Nikon D200 camera in an Aquatica housing which was used to take these pictures. He still uses a Nikonos SB-105 flash.

The collection of  photos shown here were taken either with the Nikon 12-24mm f4 zoom lens with the Aquatica 8 inch dome port or the Nikon 60mm f2.8 lens with the Aquatica macro port.
